The Management

Marcel Botton, Nomen Group President
When Marcel Botton created Nomen Group in 1981, he was simply transforming his passion for words into a full-time job. Marcel acts as naming and strategy advisor on Nomen Healthcare projects, lending his insight as an economist and marketing specialist. Combining creative techniques with computer processing, Marcel has developed many world-class brand names such as Skyteam, Vinci and Wanadoo. A well-known speaker in France and abroad, Marcel is also the author of numerous works, including the books Créer et protéger ses marques (co-author) and Le nom de marque (co-author, published by McGraw Hill).

Ignasi Fontvila, Creative
Besides being the founding partner and creative director of Nomen Spain, Ignasi brings his unique creative Latin touch to Pharmaceutical Branding. Among his many clients are Beiersdorf, Cephalon, Coca-Cola, Danone, Henkel, Myrurgia, Novartis, Pepsico, Renfe, Sara Lee and Vileda. A true branding expert, Ignasi teaches naming and advertising at the Abat Oliba University in Spain. He is also a frequent guest editor of the monthly magazine Món Empresarial and creator of the 'Brand New' section in www.paracomunicadores.com. Ignasi earned a BA degree in advertising and public relations from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB).
Christophe Lelieur, Trademark Attorney
As Nomen's global lead trademark attorney and the managing director of Legimark France, an intellectual property law firm that is part of the Nomen, Christophe Lelieur works closely with Nomen on international projects. Before joining Legimark, Denis worked with the legal department of Nestlé and Sanofi and was an associate director at a Paris based intellectual property law firm. Christophe graduated with an LLM in intellectual property law from the University of Paris.
Nela Milijic, Linguistics
A passionate linguistics specialist and the managing director of Nomen Croatia, Nela has been involved in naming projects for clients such as Adris Group, Cedevita, Jadran Gallenic Laboratory and Lura. She also has been the driving force behind the growth of Intercheck, a global network of linguists and cultural specialists with more than 300 members worldwide. Fluent in English and German, Nela is also comfortable working in French and Italian. She received her BA in German from the Philological Faculty in Belgrade and obtained a communications diploma from the London School of Public Relations.
